I agree with several points, I had fun reading it, but I found some ideas a bit harsh. When I read “Surrounded by Idiots” by Thomas Erikson I kept making analogies with people I am working with in programming. If you did not read the book, I recommend it! It explains how every type has its own good sides. And it sticked to my mind over the years.
